Chef Chris Hollinger- Downtown at The Clock Tower
 

Here at Downtown at The Clock Tower we take great pride in our culinary team. We are blessed to have two accomplished Chefs directly responsible for our creative and diverse Menu.

Chef Chris Hollinger began his career in 1995 at The Pullman Restaurant, working under Chef Cam McNair. He inspired Chris to move to New Orleans, and there, Chris continued his training under the direction of Chef Jamie Shannon at the Commanders Palace. After 5 years of working directly under other accomplished Chefs, Chris made the decision to attend Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors and at the top of his class. Afterwards, he received the opportunity of a lifetime, working as a Private Chef for the rich and famous on their yachts traveling around the world. After 5 years of working abroad and in exotic locations, he returned home in March of 2009 to join long time friends, John and Kim Di Guardo, of Downtown at the Clock Tower. Here as Executive Chef and Chief of Operations, he has brought vision and direction to the team, taken on the many challenge's faced with transforming this restaurant from it's troubled former image and shares in the dream of restoring it as a place to be and be seen for locals and tourists alike.
